南方澳青少年低頭認真包肉粽近千顆，捐助關懷社區弱勢。 圖／宜蘭家扶中心提供 分享 facebook 宜蘭家扶中心成立南哪裡買網路購物方澳社區據點提供兒少課後照顧，同時也有青少年自動打理環境清潔。快到端午節，孩子們發起募款包肉粽助弱勢，感動社區店家熱情捐助1萬3團購千元，昨天包了近千顆粽子親送弱勢，以行動表達對社區的關懷。宜蘭家扶中心南方澳社區據點選購指南2018流行產品成立2年多，每周三到周六開放提供兒少課後照顧、兒少培力與社區事務參與，另有年紀比較大的青少年參與經營管理，因此成立「小當家志工隊」，幫忙投入據點值班、書屋整理、桌遊研究等。. } }); } 包粽活動以這群小當家為主體，結合社區資源。孩子們透過網路粉絲社團，向南方澳社區民眾們說明包粽的目的，經由輾轉分享，不到兩周，多家在地店家紛紛響應，共獲得1萬3000元贊助費用，還有店家供應豬肉餡，熱情相挺。小當家們昨天包粽子，來自社區內的婆婆媽媽從旁協助，讓初次包粽的孩子更能上手，有位小當家帶著媽媽和姊姊全家出動，家長也支持孩子從事有意義的活動。近中午本周活動折扣包了近千顆粽子，下午由據點社工帶領孩子分送附近里長、里內新住民、獨居老人等弱勢，也分送給南方澳漁工工會，讓外籍移工體會台灣在地美食文化的味道。
DEA放行 含大麻素的小兒癲癇治療藥物上市在即
在美國緝毒局 (DEA) 將 GW Pharmaceuticals (GWPH-US) 生產的內含大麻二酚 (CBD) 的藥物 Epidiolex 改列為限制最低的類別之後，大麻類股股票週四 (27 日) 飆升，為商業發表奠定了基礎。
這家總部位於英國劍橋的公司股價在週四宣布後股價大，收盤上揚 6.98% 至歷史新高。同業加拿大大麻公司 Tilray (TLRY-US) 上漲 14.7%。
GW Pharmaceuticals 新推出的藥物 Epidiolex 成份含有 CBD ，用以協助治療兩種罕見和嚴重的小兒癲癇引起的痙攣。
Stifel 分析師 Paul Mattela 寫道，這項宣告「為 GW 進入大麻藥業市場鋪平了道路，而且這個市場存在大量無法滿足的醫療需求和非常高的需求。」
他說，「我們繼續推薦這檔股票，因為我們認為發表 Epidiolex 後可望超過第一年的財報預期。」
隨著華爾街對少數幾家從事醫療或非醫療用途的大麻產品種植和生產的企業越來越著迷，DEA 將原列聯邦一級管制藥品的大麻藥品改分類的消息無異是錦上添花。
其他備受關注的大麻股票包括 GW Pharmaceuticals 在內，都是從事生產和銷售含有大麻素藥物的製藥公司。
