針對法院裁決必須合理提供技術授權，不得拒絕競爭對手或與廠商簽訂獨家供應合作，同時必須在未來7年內接受監督的情況，Qualcomm稍早已經提出上訴，而就目前市場看法認為，Qualcomm或許有機會藉由上訴推翻法院裁決結果。 分享 f商品acebook 依照國際法律與經濟中心 (International Center For Law And Economics)主任精選2018熱銷商品Geoffrey Manne的看法認為，雖然北加州地方法院法官高荷惠裁決要求Qualcomm必須合理提供技術授權，同時不得拒絕競爭對手或與廠商簽訂獨家供應合作，以利市場競爭自由，但從Qualcomm立即提出上訴，加上稍早美國國際貿易委員會網購達人送禮 (FTC)成員Christine Wilson建議法院重新考量，避免影響Qualcomm智財權，或許有機會讓Qualcomm成功藉由上訴扭轉裁決結果。. } }); } 雖然單憑一名美國國際貿易委員會成員建議，並不見得能夠改變法院裁決結果，但也意味Qualcomm將會以更俱全準備應對，因此有可能使裁決結果逆轉，進而取得法院訴訟優勢。以目前法院裁決結果，顯然對Qualcomm現有授權模式造成影響，一旦Qualcomm面臨改變現有專利與晶片授權模式，勢必對未來發展產生限定折扣價好物分享不利。在現行Qualcomm授權模式中，合作夥伴不僅必須購買Qualcomm提供晶片，同時也須取得Qualcomm技術授權，否則就會面臨「沒有授權、沒有晶片」局面，加上不少廠商指控Qualcomm以不合理形式要求合作，使得美國國際貿易委員會盯上Qualcomm是否涉及市場壟斷，進而展開調查。《原文刊登於合作媒體mashdigi，聯合新聞網獲授權轉載。》
新北就業零歧視 感動2千市民
(記者黃秀麗新北報導)新北市勞工局為宣導就業平權，並配合成立30周年系列活動，自8月24日起，在轄內各大戲院舉辦12場「新北就業零歧視電影觀賞活動」，獲市民熱烈迴響，吸引近2000人報名參與，活動於9月20日圓滿落幕。勞工局希望民眾把平權觀念從電影院帶回家，讓新北市成為友善職場的典範城市。
「新北就業零歧視電影觀賞活動」藉由劇情張力，以寓教於樂的方式向民眾傳達就業平權的觀念，透過電影「關鍵少數」及「高年級實習生」的播映，強調就業不應有年齡、性別及種族歧視，同時邀請專家學者組成「就業零歧視講師團」進行映後座談，向參與民眾宣導就業歧視常見的違法態樣，映後民眾反應熱絡，更有已退休的阿嬤受到劇情激勵，表示「很想重回職場」。
勞工局強調，目前受理就業歧視的申訴案件中，以性別、年齡及婚姻等因素造成的就業歧視較多，雇主於招募、進用、陞遷、退休、資遣及解僱員工時，不得以性別、年齡、婚姻及容貌等因素予以歧視，否則依就業服務法第65條規定，最高得處新臺幣150萬元的罰鍰。提醒雇主切勿以身試法，並應善盡雇主責任，勞工局希望與雇主共同攜手破除就業歧視，提供勞工一個平權及友善的職場環境。(自立晚報2018/9/28)
