搭風電題材 航運新兵建新連飆3根漲停板 周漲近4成
航運股新兵建新國際 (8367-TW) 本月 12 日以承銷價 20.08 元掛牌上市，蜜月行情平平，不過本周以來受到風電概念股的帶動，啟動補漲行情，連續飆出 3 根漲停板，周漲幅逼近 4 成，來到掛牌新高價位 28.25 元。
建新指出，由於台中港將作為彰化離岸風場主要的機件裝卸、組裝風機和儲存維運組件的主要作業基地，未來可望搭上離岸風電衍生的物流商機。
建新是國內唯一具港口垂直整合性物流服務商，展望下半年，建新強調，雖上半年獲利衰退，但已看到成長動能，包括主要銅土散雜貨裝卸需求回穩、廢鐵強勁成長均可望推動裝卸業務，再加上轉投資安順裝卸轉盈後持續挹注，業績反彈可期。
另一方面，轉投資中科物流是中部科學園區內唯一的精緻倉儲業者，由於倉儲空間已明顯供不應求，現已進行第二期物流大樓擴建中，預計明年上半年就可完工投入營運，屆時倉儲面積將較目前倍增。
建新說明，在台中港三井 Outlet 和離岸風電衍生的物流商機都已做好相關業務布局，下半年表現可望優於上半年。
建新過去 2 年稅後純益分別為 1.68 億元、1.33 億元，今年上半年 0.61 億元，每股純益 (EPS) 分別為 2.4 元、1.86 元和 0.83 元，其中，第 2 季毛利率較去年同期下滑約 4 個百分點至 30.12%，導致獲利表現衰退。
